We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a fit isn't perfect, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the items are in brand-new condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
